Pricing bases, laytime, demurrage and letters of credit, drafted to survive contact with a trading desk. We protect every party's position with paper before a single name is exchanged.
Delivery reality
Draft limits, storage turns, lightering economics, voyage cadence. We work at the level of the discharge port rather than the press release, because that is where the economics of a trade are decided.
