Liquefied petroleum gas is the cleanest cooking fuel most of the developing world can adopt this decade. Across South Asia and West Africa, per-capita consumption is still a fraction of mature markets. That gap is where the demand will come from, and it is being contested now.
The constraint is rarely molecules. It is infrastructure and logistics: shallow-draft ports, scarce pressurized coastal tonnage, storage measured in days rather than weeks, and delivery structures that punish suppliers who quote from a map instead of a jetty. That is precisely the terrain where we work.
The demand
Compounding household and commercial LPG adoption across South Asia and West Africa, anchored by clean-cooking policy and cylinder distribution reaching tens of millions of households.
The bottleneck
Draft-limited terminals, scarce pressurized coastal vessels, and ship-to-ship lightering at offshore anchorages. Delivered economics are decided by the last hundred miles, not the first ten thousand.
The supply side
These cargoes come out of two export basins, and delivered economics turn on which one a cargo leaves from. We are based on the US Gulf Coast and we price and structure against both.

CP-linked and Mont Belvieu-linked pricing structures, laytime and demurrage architecture, coaster and shuttle economics, and the vessel cadence a monthly program actually requires.
