Principal conduct.
Operator's depth.
We are exactly what we say we are.
Diegex Corporation is an independent commercial origination and commodities consulting firm, a Wyoming corporation operating from Austin, Texas. We develop direct, principal-level relationships with importers and distributors in emerging energy markets, and we align that demand with the tier-one trading houses and shipowners equipped to serve it.
We do not own vessels or terminals, and we do not pretend to. We bring the buyer, the structure, and the operational truth of the trade, and we partner with the institutions that own the steel. That honesty is why counterparties on both sides of a transaction trust what we tell them.
The principal.

“I’d rather bring you something that works than something fast.”
Mike “Diego” Usoro, Founder
Four things we don’t bend.
Straight answers first.
If we don’t hold the cargo, we say so. If a structure won’t survive a trading desk’s scrutiny, we say that too. Credibility compounds; spin does not.
The discharge port is the truth.
Every trade we touch is understood at the operational level: draft limits, storage turns, vessel cadence, lightering cost. Deals built on headline numbers alone fall apart at the jetty.
Paper protects relationships.
Names and numbers are exchanged under signed protection, in the right order, every time. Both sides of our table stay protected, and that is why both sides keep coming back.
The long term beats the fast close.
We would rather earn a program than clip a cargo. Every engagement is built for the relationship that follows the first delivery.

Mike “Diego” Usoro
Founder & Chief Executive Officer, Diegex CorporationMike “Diego” Usoro is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Diegex Corporation, an independent commercial origination and commodities consulting firm focused on physical energy flows into emerging markets.
His work sits at the intersection of relationships and logistics. As an originator, he develops direct, principal-level relationships with importers and distributors in high-growth markets, and pairs that demand with the trading houses and shipowners equipped to serve it. His approach is operational before it is commercial: pricing bases, laytime and demurrage structures, vessel cadence, and discharge-port logistics are understood first, so that the commercial terms he brings to either side of a trade survive scrutiny.
Diego is also the founder of Eusorone Technologies, where he created and continues to build EusoTrip, a logistics platform spanning truck, rail, and vessel freight. That platform work ties directly into the supporting businesses of physical trade: the movement, tracking, and coordination of cargo across the modes that carry it. Building the software that moves freight and originating the trades that fill it come from the same conviction: logistics is where commerce is won.
He began his professional life at Apple, where the standard for how a company should treat the people it serves was set early and permanently. He operates from Austin, Texas.
